Service commitment to provide peace of mind

Sola60 has built a reputation based on the quality of its products and customer service.  Word of mouth continues to be one of the largest sources of new Sola60 sales.

As a 100% New Zealand-owned operation with a long-term commitment toproviding quality systems to Kiwis, Sola60 takes any customer issue extremely seriously.  The team stands behind the quality of our products and all Sola60 systems are installed with a 7 year warranty.

If a customer experiences any problem with a Sola60 system within the terms of our warranty, remedial action will promptly be undertaken.  If an issue is experienced outside of the terms of the warranty, Sola60 will work with the customer to generate a solution.  Any issues are managed with our customers directly and personally on a case-by-case basis.  If any Sola60 customer has a concern about a Sola60 water heating system they can contact us on 0800 765 260, by emailing customercare@sola60.co.nz or by writing directly to:
